Pasquale’s – a family owned and operated gourmet Italian restaurant dedicated to a tradition of quality that began decades ago with our namesake, Pasquale Giambrone. Born and raised in Palermo, Italy, Pasquale immigrated to New York at the age of 27 and devoted his life to developing a firm foundation and appreciation of excellence on which future generations could build upon. Today we proudly carry on the family’s tradition as we work together to prepare gourmet cuisine for you using the same recipes and high quality ingredients.
We use only only the finest ingredients and we start fresh every day. No leftover or frozen dough will ever see our ovens. After all, nothing less would do for our friends!
